How do I book?
First of all, you'll want to head over to the 'Our Packages' page and decide which one is best suited for you. Next, on to the 'Enquire Today' section. This section features an easy-to-fill-out form where you can send us all the information we need about you and your special day. Once received, we will get back to you as soon as possible with our availability and a written-up quote. When you're satisfied with everything, you'll need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week prior to your event.
Who do you rent to?
While our primary focus is on weddings, Enchanted Rentals is adept at tailoring our services to a wide range of events, including corporate gatherings, parties, christenings, baby showers, birthdays, and local fairs – the possibilities are limitless, and we're here to bring enchantment to them all!
Which areas do you cover?
Anywhere within a 50-mile radius of the postcode CH5 is included in all of our packages. Anything beyond that range requires a £150 travel fee and an additional 75p per mile fuel fee for any additional miles beyond the first 50 miles. How long do we have the games for?
All of our rental packages come with 4 hours of playing time, and this does not include the time taken for the setup and removal of the equipment. If you know you are only going to need your package for 2 or 3 hours, we can arrange for the equipment to be picked up around your schedule. It normally takes around 1 hour for us to get everything ready for you, depending on which package you have chosen and the layout of the venue. We will discuss appropriate timings with you prior to the event and decide the best time to ensure everything is ready for when your guests arrive. We can supply for longer than the 4-hour time frame if needed and can work around events that have breaks in between, but additional costs will be added to the package. Do you have insurance?
We have all the relevant public liability insurances and can provide the appropriate certificates if required.
What happens if it's raining?
Being in the UK, the weather is always going to be unpredictable. Firstly, if you have any concerns about the weather, it's best to speak with your venue to determine if there is a suitable location where the equipment could be set up away from the elements. This could be under a shelter outside or in another room within the venue. If you have any doubts that rain could be a problem on your day, it's best to ensure you have a plan in place, ready just in case the weather is not on your side. Our games are, of course, not made of sugar, but it's best not to let them get too wet, as a lot of love has gone into each one! For an additional cost we can provide small gazebos for certain games that don't require a large playing area I.e. corn hole. Please note that, as your reserved package cannot be rented out to another party, the full payment cannot be refunded for any reason, including weather-related issues or unforeseen circumstances.
What if there is a game we would like to hire that is not on your list?
If, by chance, there is a game or prop not on our list that you'd love to have at your event, we will gladly accept your requests and do our utmost to try to make it happen. We are continuously expanding our collection, and as a carpenter, I'm always eager for new projects!
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted by email, including all relevant information. Cancellations made 6 months prior to the event will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made 4 months prior to the event will receive a 75% deposit refund. Those made 3 months prior will receive a 50% deposit refund, and cancellations made 1 month prior will receive a 25% deposit refund. Any cancellations after that point will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit balance.
Can we have a member of staff to stay for the duration?
Of course, if you prefer not to have a staff member present on the day of the event, we can set up and return at the scheduled time of removal. However, most of the time, we will be there for the duration of the booking. This is to ensure that everything runs smoothly, relieving you of any worries. We assist in restarting games as needed and distribute prizes for mini golf at the end of the session. Additionally, we bring our own digital camera to capture photos and videos, which also helps promote our website! All photos can be shared with you so that you have more memories to look back on, but the choice to do so is entirely optional.
